• 🍒 Ingredients : ✅ 500g Semolina ✅ 300g Sugar ✅ 200g Yogurt ✅ 150g Butter 🍒 Directions :
• ✅ In a Bowl , Mix The Semolina And Butter Until Semolina Is Coated Well With Butter .
• ✅ In a Medium Heat Saucepan , Add The Yogurt, Sugar, And Corn Syrup . Stir Until The Sugar Is Dissolved . Make Sure The Mixture Is Warm , Not Hot
• ✅ Add The Warm Mixture To The Semolina Mixture And Mix Well Until Everything Is Combined
• ✅ Pour The Mixture Into a 28 Cm Baking Pan And Bake In a Preheated Oven At 180 Degrees Celsius For 40 Minutes Or Until The Basbousa Turns Golden Brown

• ✅ In a Saucepan , Add The Sugar, Water, Corn Syrup, And Vanilla
• ✅ Heat On Medium Until The Mixture Starts To Boil.
• ✅ Add Half a Lemon And Let It Boll For About 3 Minutes Until The Mixture Thickens Slightly
• ✅ Pour The Hot Syrup Over The Basbousa After It's Out Of The Oven
• ✅ Let The Basbousa Cool Down And Serve.
